Meet Brian White

“Resilience is a lived practice. So is leadership under pressure.”

A personal philosophy of resilience

Resilience is not a document. It’s a discipline—developed through discomfort, tested by adversity, and strengthened through repetition.

Brian’s approach is rooted in lived experience. Over the years, he has subjected himself to the same types of stress-testing he advocates for his clients—physical endurance challenges, habit transformation, and daily mental conditioning. He speaks often about the role of discomfort in growth, and the importance of choosing the “next step” when the path gets steep.

“You don’t rise to the level of your plans. You fall to the level of your practice. My job is helping leaders raise that floor.”

This philosophy guides Farview’s work: resilience isn’t about bouncing back—it’s about bouncing forward, stronger and wiser.
