The hardest situations a leader faces aren’t always the ones the organization knows about. Sometimes the problem is the board. Sometimes it’s a relationship with a peer that’s affecting decisions no one else can see. Sometimes it’s a situation developing quietly that you need to think through with someone who has no stake in the outcome and no connection to the people involved.

I work with senior leaders, COOs, Chiefs of Staff, board members, and other executives on a private basis. The engagement is between us. What you bring to these conversations stays there. The invoice can go wherever it needs to go. Some of the leaders I work with do this through their organization in the normal way. Others fund it personally or through a board relationship. Either works. I don’t need to know the details and I don’t ask.

What I bring is 20-plus years of experience in high-stakes environments where decisions had real consequences and conventional playbooks didn’t apply. Military special operations, international crisis coordination, Fortune 500 advisory, humanitarian response. I’ve been in rooms where the options were bad, the timeline was short, and someone still had to decide. That experience is what makes these conversations useful.

    $12,000 to $35,000 depending on scope and duration.
